Cannons are getting new stats in Heavy Range Accuracy and Heavy Range Strength for sea combat. I think a similar concept would be a great way to expand the range gear meta (separate from the cannon based one) Enemy range defenses have already been split into standard/heavy/light, if there were heavy/standard/light accuracy I feel like it would create more opportunity for lateral gear progression, creating more separation in current gear, and making it easier to balance certain weapons. Melee already follows the pattern of having stab/slash/crush accuracy and I think most people feel it’s the best out of the 3 combat styles. Thoughts? submitted by /u/stinkydiver321
