How true is the idea that “if a guy is interested, he’ll make it obvious”? Like, people always say men will “chase” if they’re genuinely into someone and you won’t have to question it. But in reality, is it really that simple? I’d love to know a man’s view on it. (Not talking about making the first move; that’s awkward for everyone) submitted by /u/whitefloreal

Most men will chase, but not all. Some men are shy. Others like myself choose to be single so I make no advances toward women even if I do find them interesting and or attractive.

Also, in modern society alot of men are afraid to approach women because if you do it incorrectly, or it isnt reciprocated, you can get branded as a creep.

So I would say 3/4 of the time it will probably be obvious, especially for younger folks, but not everytime. If you have interest in a guy, it generally wont hurt to ask/make it known. I have always taken it as a compliment if someone has shown interest in me. Worst case scenario you get told they arent interest and you move on. If for some reason they get akward or upset about it, you prpbably just dodged a bullet anyway, so count your blessings and move on.
