Hello, I recently moved from france to switzerland for work at 24. I have the french and swiss nationality and I remember choosing to do the french JDC instead of the swiss military service when I was 18. Since then I haven’t given much more thought to it but I just received a convocation to an “orientation” day to determine when to do my military service. Is that normal ? Did something change ? Should I send some paperwork or email someone to declare something ? Any help to clarify this would be appreciated, it’s my first job out of Uni and it would suck to have to stop working when I just started… Ty all submitted by /u/Mr_Palisse
