32M. Well, got my blood results back turns out I have low T, around 160s. Doctor was pretty concerned & pointed to diet and exercise and life style changes to help raise it but I feel like I can do more? Or theres something more to do? Supplements? No family history of low T, libido feels fine. Thought something was off when I didn’t have morning wood and the blood results show it now. Feeling a little depressed about it & feeling like my manhood is taking a hit, especially at 32. Doing some research, but curious if anyone has any tips & tricks. Thanks for any insight guys. submitted by /u/zaggyyyyyyy
