I have applied for the unemployment benefit, since my contract got terminated, I have just received a document " Abklärung Kündigungsgründe" , It is addressed to my employer, despite already the Arbeitgeberbescheinigung was already submitted. 2 questions : why does the ALK send me this document? it is supposed to be sent my employer by me? why does still ALK need more information? submitted by /u/Nearby-Zebra-5631
