Today one young guy wanted to go to Zurich Flughafen but got the wrong train and ended in the the direct train to Bern. He explained it to the two CFF controlers and they managed to make a special stop in Olten for him and also delay the train back for him to get his flight. Has anyone of you already seen any situation like this ? I’m quite amazed about this. Was on train to Interlaken at 19:04 in Zurich HB on the 2nd of April. submitted by /u/Competitive-Let-5535
