I weight lift 5 times a week. I do need to increase my cardio (running and jump rope). I can only really last 2-3 minutes in bed, and for it to go longer, there needs to be a lot of breaks and that can be really frustrating for her. I’ve tried tactical wanks, but the issue is, once I finish, I don’t really want to have sex any longer as I’ve been fulfilled. Does meditation and breathing help? Any suggestions? I feel a lot of performance anxiety behind my sexual abilities even though I love sex.
