The simple answer is men don’t want to spend the time going after something they don’t want. It’s not the woman herself. It’s the time and effort demanded. Then the guy is the monster if he doesn’t want to go to some furniture store at 8:00 on a Friday a 30 minute drive away (they close at 9) after a long week because there’s a sale (there’s always a sale!).
Most men don’t want to be forced to go to farmer’s markets and clothing/furniture stores week in, week out, spend money they don’t have and hear about the latest office drama for people they don’t know.
I don’t care about doing serious decorating for holidays or just adding complexities to my life for NO reason (a little portable tree and a wreath is fine)
The vast majority of Men without issues just want a simple and easy life with low drama/confrontation. Prove you won’t get in the way of that but even actively encourage it, and you’ll have your match.
