My marriage might be over as far as I know it. One of the contributing factors is my inability to manage my own emotions when I’m completely drained of energy. I become very short tempered in general and when my toddler is trying to get my attention I might react with “oh my god leave me alone” or “stop!” Am I the only one whose emotions are affected by stress and burnout and let’s it show?
