There is no possibility to contact or reach a human at Anthropic and they are refusing refund for invented reasons. No reply to emails (other than automated “we will contact you…”), nothing. I switched fro Pro to Max on 19th february. A week after, this limits shitstorm started and it was too much and I canceled and tried to get a refund. The Fin bot refused my refund based on previous refund. The previous refund he reffers to is an automated refund done by Anthropic (I didn’t ask for it) when I switched from Pro to Max, and it was a minuscule amount, like 9 euro. THEY ARE QUOTING THAT REFUND AS A REASON TO REFUSE MY CURRENT REFUND. I wrote them on email, explaining the situation and asking for a refund, because in Europe anything can be returned in 14 days and the rules are pretty strict about this. Nothing, just promises to contact me soon and then ghosted. It’s like the most low life indian scam one can see online. But for a multibillion company to do this shit is just otherwordly. I’m doing a chargeback through my bank and I hope these cnts will get hit by mass cancelations and refunds submitted by /u/weltscheisse
