So I ask this man a very simple question about some plans we had made. He was super tired that day and I wanted to double check if he was still up for it, or would rather just stay in and rest. So I asked him “Do you still want to go?”. He says “do you want to go?”. This started the back and forth of, oh that’s not what I asked, and, oh but do you wanna go. Now mind you were joking around this entire time, and I tell him to just answer my question, yes or no, quit bouncing around going back and forth and answering the question with more questions, he does this a lot. Well we went off topic for about 2 minutes. 2. MINUTES. Then i ask the question again cause I still had no solid answer, and I seriously thought he was rage baiting me cause this man says “well do you want to go?”. When i tell you I almost lit the hole house on fire with the smoke coming out of my ears. So while it was never a serious conversation, why on earth is it a foreign concept to just say a simple yes or no? And p.s. We did end up going through with the plans, a ball was had, and then at the end of the night he had the audacity to look me in my face and say “see, I told you I wanted to go”… submitted by /u/wtfisinmyear
