Ran into my ex recently and we talked for about 30 minutes. It was easy, positive, and felt like the chemistry was still there. He also recently moved a block away from me (and already knew where I lived), so the whole situation felt kind of confusing given our history. After, I texted saying it was nice to see him and asking if he wanted to catch up sometime he replied “great seeing you too! That sounds great I’ll lyk!.” Haven’t heard from him since. From a guy’s perspective — when something like this happens, do you actually think about it after, or is it more just “that was nice” and you move on? And if you did enjoy the interaction, what would typically make you reach out vs not? Trying to understand how much I’m reading into this especially finding out he moved so close to me after a 10 year on and off relationship. submitted by /u/Quspiracy
