I wouldn’t usually post a question like this here, but I seriously can’t find a single clear answer. Suppose I am doing 350s with shadow. I’m currently speccing with accursed sceptre at the start of the fights for Zebak, Akkha, Baba, and P3 warden and shadowing them all. Other options are Seercull, Bone dagger, Ayak, etc. I heard people saying there’s a flat 20 defense reduction cap - but I can’t find any information about how accursed sceptre behaves. Typically it reduces magic and defense by 15%, but is it capped at TOA? I just want to know what spec wep to bring. submitted by /u/AINT-NOBODY-STUDYING
