I’m focused on leveling up fast in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I want to surpass my peers. Right now I’m trying to improve my technique, build more strength, and recover faster so I can train more consistently without burning out. My doctor said performance-enhancing drugs aren’t something they’d support just for getting stronger, so I’m looking for the best natural ways to push my performance.
