I have severe Crohns, lupus, and IC (painful bladder condition). I’ve had 17 surgeries and have a permanent illiostomy bag. When I’m in a lot of pain or am anxious I’ve discovered that this game is an incredibly distraction. I like the community as well. My brain often doesn’t function well and many people have been very helpful. I’m almost done with all the free to play quests and I’ve really fallen in love.
