Basically the title, whenever I have stress stacked in my life, I kinda freeze, can’t focus on anything, don’t want to go outside, don’t eat properly etc. Freezing and waiting till it’s all over. And it’s especially hard when there are stressful situations that are going to happen in a month. Any advice on how to handle that? I understand therapy could help, but I can’t afford it atm. submitted by /u/byshow
