I have Asperger’s now called Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am conventially attractive (modelled a little bit etc) but I struggle very much with social interaction in groups especially and with men as I can become very shy especially around attractive men. Men will often pay me alot of attention by staring, flirting etc approaching and I’ll then kind of shut down and not talk. I believe most men see this as rejection, aloofness, weirdness or arrogance. Can I safely tell them i’m Aspie? Or how to communicate this or get better at talking to men. I don’t like small talk and don’t do social touch but I’m trying to get better at this. If I touched a man’s arm when I was talking to him would this be considered off putting? What kind of things do you like to talk.about?
