Hi I’ve been getting a dull ache in my right testicle, it’s not extremely painful or anything but is dull and has been going on for a week. At the same time on my right thigh I’ve been getting pain and a lot of twitching, especially on the inner thigh/groin area. I did also get increased pain when ejaculating but wasn’t extremely painful just a bit more increased from the dull pain. But goes away after I’m done ejaculating. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever had the same and what they did. Because I personally feel like it’s something muscular or to do with the nerves as my inner thigh has been twitching a lot and has had mild pain too.
