There’s a lot of “show them what a real man is” type replies. I just had a daughter and no part of me is worrying about who she’s going to date or getting her to equate me to someone she wants to date later in life. I just want to be in the moment with her and make sure she’s happy. I was looking for some perspective from “girl dad” posts and it’s weird to me some of your priorities. submitted by /u/ssjskwash
