So I got into this hospital with a shitty manager. He is always complaining about my attitude and telling me doctors and my colleagues were complaining about me. Which I find unrealistic🤷🏻? When I keep personal and professional boundaries? Yes, I get mad but I never lash out in public like he does. He likes to embarass my colleagues publicly in front of doctors and patients then calms down like a motherfucker. I think he has an itch for lashing out on someone. He keeps telling me that he’s going to fail my probation and that I should adjust and learn because I can apply this to other institutions and nobody wants to stay in this work like he does. Giving you a mixed signal of when you’re going to apply for another job you need to do all of his advice. Which is fucking insane. I’m not gon finish my probation to this hospital if I get mad enough. Best advice for young men like me? Can you share your experiences dealing with kind of shit you experienced? submitted by /u/Astro_21
