Hey guys, just looking for some outside perspective. My bf is 47 and honestly he seems totally fine, he looks healthy and always says he feels good. But some of his habits make me wonder if I should be more concerned or just chill: • barely drinks water (like not even more than a glass a day, mostly just coffee) • smokes • drinks alcohol pretty regularly He doesn’t have any complaints health-wise and kind of brushes it off when I bring it up. I don’t want to nag or act like I know better, but at the same time I feel like stuff can catch up later, especially at this age. So yeah… am I overthinking this? Is it normal for guys to feel fine even if lifestyle isn’t great? And if you’ve been in his position, what actually made you take your health more seriously (if anything)? Appreciate any thoughts 🙏 submitted by /u/foxyexpattt
