I use the Obra/Superpowers plugin in Claude Code. Once, after a plan review had finished, I asked it to run the review again… and the second run, just like the first, found errors. Now I’m running the review for the third or fourth time, and it keeps finding critical and important errors in the plan… I dread to think that this could go on forever and that Opus 4.6 will never be able to write a correct plan… I’m going crazy. submitted by /u/WonderfulSet6609
