I (35F) have disclosed this to my bf (36M) but not in depth. But I feel weird about the situation that is about to happen. Our plans: I am uprooting myself from my country and staying with him under Student Visa (1year) then a graduate visa (2 years). He just bought a house and he is beyond happy. He frequently says that he wants me to stay/live with him at his house. Our convictions: We don’t believe in marriage. Plans to have kids after 2 years of cohabitation If all goes well get a Partner Visa after 2 years Problem: HIS house, HIS bed, HIS property. I cant help but be dependent but is it for practicality. I dont feel secured with this situation at all. Although I dont want to get married (anymore, I had a previous marriage), I cant help but think its a big big risk for me. I just dont want to make mistakes again. I’d like to think the house is MINE too, id be uncomfortable living there… and yet can get kicked out any minute. I want to know your… Opinions when a you ask your gf to live with you. Plan the future but with no… security.
