Title says it all. I will give Claude CLI an investigative task in plan mode, it will do it’s thinking and then immediately proposes a set of code changes. Then I have to reject them and say “you’re in plan mode right now bud” and Claude says “oh yeah my bad” and then he drafts a plan. This is a new phenomenon for me, only started in the past few days.
