I have an issue with the agency who manages my building and by talking to Mieterverband, they advised me to go to Schlichtungsbehörde as I am in the right. However I read some negative reviews on Google from users saying the judge was from the beginning against them and the entire thing felt like a fake process. I’m not sure what to do, as I also don’t speak German so I would need to ask for an interpretator? Has anyone gone through that and can share their experience?
