Hey there, guys. I’ve got a question to all the fathers out there that were present during child birth. How did you help or support your wife/ baby mama? My sister asked me to be in the delivery room with her and it’ll be just me as support, but I genuinely don’t know how to help. She’s not a very touchy person, so holding her hand and rubbing her back is hardly an option, but I don’t want to stand by and just go “you’re doing great” for however long she’s in labor. Are there any tips you can give me, or any advice on how to actually support someone during labor? submitted by /u/Royal_Contribution_3
