Blessed Pebble : fang/ward rarity An upgrade for the occult. adding 1% magic damage, and the effect that AOE attacks have a doubling effect. if youre barraging jellies and have 5 stacked, you would hit 4 of them twice and the last one once. keeping the max of 9 “targets” or hits per one barrage. the 2nd hit on any npc could have 60% or more reduced strength for balancing purposes. submitted by /u/Low_Round_4043
