I think that is likely because anthropic is trying to “fix” the usage limits by making instructions and context more efficient. I remember last few times we had limit decreases it was also accompanied by “dumber” claude. At this point the pattern is recognizable. I don’t mean to defend it, I just noticed this worked, for now submitted by /u/obolli
