Hello I am in desperate need of securing my runescape account Months ago my account was hacked and I lost most of my big items. It was devastating but my own fault for not securing the account (no bank pin no 2fa), this isn’t the problem The problem is they still have access to my account. I lose the whole setup I was wearing today and my bank pin had started the 7 day countdown to remove. I have ended all session multiple times, changed passwords to 20 digits of random numbers and letters written down on a piece of paper in my room multiple times. I have resecured my email multiple times changing passwords. I dont get notified when the person logs into my account even though I get them for when I log in. I just genuinely have no idea how they can have access after all this. Please is there anything else I can do or am I fucked and need to make a whole new jagex account and start fresh submitted by /u/accounthelp22289
