We are forced to reduce our spending this year and ade contemplating ideas how to save on holidays. In the past we either used easyjet to get to some Mediterranean places in Fall or Spring or did some week long trips with hotels or youthhostels (family friendly). Both seem to be quiet expensive nowadays - flight prices and hotel rooms and I wonder if anyone has an advice what alternatives could be? Summer or Fall? Drive to italy/france/austria?
