Last week I was deep into refactoring a pretty messy codebase at work. For once, things were actually going well. Claude was keeping up, suggestions were solid, and I was fully in the zone, Then mid-session i hit the limit. Instantly killed the flow. I got annoyed enough that I spent way too long trying to figure out why I was burning through tokens so fast. Tried the usual stuff people recommend like shorter prompts, clearing context, etc. It helped a bit, but not enough to really matter. Later I was scrolling Twitter and saw someone mention WozCode. Had never heard of it, but it’s basically a plugin for Claude Code that optimizes how context is sent so you’re not wasting tokens on stuff that doesn’t need to be reprocessed every turn. Didn’t expect much, but I tried it anyway. Been using it for a couple weeks now and honestly my sessions are lasting noticeably longer. I still hit the cap sometimes, but nowhere near as often. Anyone else dealing with this? Curious what’s actually working for people. submitted by /u/ChampionshipNo2815
