I’m 22, living in a third-world country, feeling mentally unstable, empty inside, and completely lost about what to do with my life. The future feels uncertain, and my environment only makes things worse. If you could go back in time and talk to your 22-year-old self, what would you say? What lessons, mindset shifts, or actions made the biggest difference in your life? I’d really appreciate any wisdom from those who’ve been through this phase and made it out. submitted by /u/Flashy_Perception767
