I’m in the final round of the big 4 to join as a senior manager. Does anyone have experience of working in the big 4 at SM level to help guide me what to expect for base salary and bonus? LLMs and google are giving me quite conflicting advice so would be good to get my expectations in line. Ideally I’m looking for base pay in CHF and % bonus I might expect.
