you basically get about 4 million tokens limit per week with subscription. but i am leaning to think that it does not differentiate between input/output tokens. thinking that my workflow uses more input tokens with md files between codex for planning and audit passes, i would probably pay about 6-7$ if i just use it with the api pricing per 1 million tokens. that would mean i would be paying about 100 bucks with api pricing probably. so, subscription is still generous compared to api pricing. but it literally makes it impossible to use opus with the pro plan. and unfortunately, i am broke to afford max at this point. but if i have felt the urge to do this napkin math, there is indeed a considerable reduction with their limits. posted this on twitter as well. curious about your napkin math to compare. i think instead of just ragebaiting, sharing individual experiences would give us a better understanding of what is going on with usage limits. submitted by /u/mrtdlgc
