I moved to the west coast a few years ago, leaving my friends behind. All of my friends that i made out west are more relationship oriented and def progressing down the normal family man path which is great if that’s what they want. I have a gf here and that is definitely also what she wants, and honestly i thought that was what i wanted until the past maybe 3-4 months. My guys back east are all single, still hanging out a few times a week, golfing together. I miss the hell out of that. I don’t think any of them plan on getting into a long term relationship anytime soon. They travel together and do all sorts of shit together and have a great time doing it. Has anyone decided to go that route and lived that lifestyle well into their 30s and 40s? How did you like it? Do you regret it? submitted by /u/pittpanther10
