I am not sure what they did and why but since Monday my Claude is almost unusable. Not only I reach limits faster (which I undersand), but also my usage went from 0 to 24% after 8 messages in a row with API Error. I tried contacting support but the completly ignore the problem. Do you have any suggestions how to get support from anthropic? Submitting bugs, get help do not work. submitted by /u/Trynauron
