So, I tried making design docs look more like SKILL.md , YAML up top, kinda structured. It helped a bit. But then I became the problem. I was basically human CI between Claude and an actual merged PR. Run the plan thing, wait. Run review, wait. Run QA, wait. And at 2am I’m like “eh looks fine” and skip half of it. So I hacked together something tha’s basically: command→idea → PR actually lands. The phases can’t get lol skipped now because I’m tired. That was the whole point.
