Look, I am not trying to get into how has it better or worse or any other type of gender war stuff, but being an autistic guy myself, I have seen it with people around me, most autistic women have bonds, even relationships with neurotypical men, where as autistic men are almost always very lonely. I read elsewhere that women are expected to confirm so they learn to mask, that is why they are accepted by people but in my experience, I would say people just are more ok with women being more quirky. submitted by /u/todayisawonder
