I see them on twitter solving for enterprise bugs like mentions file etc. while here i am struggling with 529 errors, basic subscription renewal error. Like i want to use the product, and willing to pay for it, and complaint patiently on thier support, just to be ignored by them. Thier development team is just busy fixing bugs for people with lots of followers on twitter or who work on f500 companies. The vibe i am getting is - “others can fuck off, we don’t care” submitted by /u/query_optimization
