Loads of people complain about Opus 4.6 quality even though the same thing happens over and over again. Anthropic puts out a new model, the quality of previous model degrades. Geez, I wonder what what could’ve happened. Regular AI users: Duuuurrrrrrr. This time it’s a bit different, because Anthropic is not releasing the model yet. It’s only a few companies that have access to it. Anthropic hates regular users and they mask is coming off, they’re starting to prioritize enterprises. This was ALWAYS the goal. Raise prices so regular users cannot afford the latest models, and prioritize enterprises, which is where all the money is. Anthropic does not care about regular people who expect to build an entire SaaS for $20 and have no knowledge of software. AI is not to benefit you, it is meant to REPLACE you. AI is directly meant to be used against YOU. The only reason why regular people are getting some benefit from AI right now is because we are in the awkward transition phase.
