After a week of fighting with Claude Code, getting nowhere, I cancelled. This message was the last drop. I have been absolutely insane this week… Every effing change made things worse, every time I pushed back it failed even harder, breaking “fixes” from 10 minutes earlier. Didn’t matter what I did, and I tried, a lot. Sorry Anthropic, I am done 😵💫 We had an amazing 3 month run, but I cannot trust your product any longer. And for the rest of you: moral of the story is not to become business dependent on rented space. Confidently being gaslit by worse and worse output has huge downstream effect: your product cannot be trusted either anymore. Friday my subscription expires. I will move to open source, local development from here. My commercial app will still go live. Disappointed, but not surprised… submitted by /u/dutchviking
