In our company most of the devs are using Max20 plans, and I want to say that, until end of March it was working great. Felt genuinely amazing and assisted us in our work. Really felt like a real multiplier in what we could do and deliver. Actually made a lot of the work more enjoyable. But over the past week I, and my colleagues, have all been seeing SEVERELY degraded performance. Misses that shouldn’t have happened, idiotic decisions when rubberducking solutions and just ignoring context/Claude.md documents and memories. Both on a personal level, and on an organisational, the trust we had in Claude/Anthropic has been tainted and we are looking at finding alternatives. The fact that there hasn’t been any communication regarding this degradation is just a cherry on top of the shitshow that we’re experiencing. submitted by /u/More-School-7324
