I recently bought a house. And I would like to change some floor tiles in the living room and kitchen (60m²), i.e. removal of old tiles + installing of new tiles. I got a first quote for 600 CHF per m², of which 50 CHF is budgeted for the actual tiles. so its around 36k CHF for the whole space. I am kind of shocked lol. I know Switzerland is expensive and all, but that’s just crazy right? right?? anyway I am getting some further offers, just want to know if I am completely off with my expectations here and 600 CHF/m² is just the normal price?! was hoping to do the replacement for 15k, maybe 20k MAX if i have no choice. submitted by /u/Kooky_Eye5475
