I use a bunch of AI tools and agents every day, and it’s wild how siloed they all are. Tell something to GPT and Claude acts like it never happened. So much repeated context, broken workflows, and constant re-connecting, it just kills momentum. Been thinking: is there a ““Plaid/Link”” for AI memory? Something you connect once and mostly forget about. Imagine a single MCP server that stores shared memory and handles permissions, so GPT can see what Claude already knows. All your agents could call the same tools without redoing integrations every time. Seems like it would cut a ton of friction, weird, right? I probably missed some downside though. I miss when stuff just worked. How are people handling this now? Any tools or hacks I should try? submitted by /u/mpetryshyn1
