OpenAI is happy to verify your identity and open up the guardrails to allow you to complete your work. The process took 3 minutes. New input classifiers around opus 4.6 completely kill the models ability to work on anything resembling legitimate research. I included the submissions I’ve made to ZDI, H1, Google VRP, i.e. try to prove legitimacy, it doesn’t care. The cyber use form goes to who knows where or when they’ll get back to me.
