When you think Kandarin, it tends to be seen as a first pick. Kandarin is great for thieving, but I’m reloading that relic so I won’t really train thieving until T7. I don’t really remember from last league, but don’t we get T7 after the 3rd area unlock anyways? I also will try to lay off of slayer until T6, which again should be around the time I unlock Kandarin. Kandarin’s main appeal is the Echo boss. Tiranwann will allow my mage to pop off early. I am pretty confident I can farm Zulrah early and use the Toxic Trident at 2 ticks to propel me forward. I’ll be low combat, but Transmutation should push me to 99 Magic relatively quickly. I will use that Trident to wipe out barrows associated tasks once I unlock Mory. And I will use the 45% prayer penetration pacts to basically AFK Echo Hunleff. 1 tick perfected staff should melt him at 99 mage. To achieve this, I will complete the following challenges: Complete the Leagues Tutorial Defeat a Hill Giant Open the Leagues Menu Reach combat level 50 Use protect from melee Defeat steel dragon Defeat tzhaar Equip a fire cape Kill a black dragon Complete the corrupted gauntlet Defeat Zalcano Craft a blowpipe Equip a corrupted weapon 1 Hueycoatl kill 14 pacts gets me 2 tick staff and 45% prayer pen.
