I noticed CC (CLI) referencing tasks created, but not where I instructed CC to manage tasks and posted the question of what was going on and if it was duplicating my effort to manage tasks centrally. CC fessed up that it was. I asked how to avoid this in the future and a hook was proposed, added, and since then no issues. So, if you are looking to save tokens or just have a more transparent workflow this might be helpful for you to consider. submitted by /u/diystateofmind
