This is your periodic reminder that you should pro-actively deactivate Premium SMS in your mobile subscription services, especially, do that for your mom/dad, as they are more vulnerable and it will prevent them from being scammed in the future. This is to avoid Premium SMS type of scam, where SMS are sent to the recipient but also billed to them at CHF 9.- the SMS. Or simply call them and they will do it for you. Contest the charge with a registered letter to the mobile provider, ask for a full refund. Go to the police and report the scam.
