Since the past few weeks, it’s completely obvious that Claude is consuming much much tokens for simple tasks compared to Jan or Feb. I used to finish multiple tasks in a 5 hour session. Now today, I asked Claude to create 4 python scripts with not much complicated logic and each script took 20% of the usage. This feels like completely abnormal and requires an explanation from Claude. Update: To add there was no skills, the model is on Sonnet with medium thinking and readme file also exist to give Claude context. submitted by /u/HotEmu463
