I have been trying to get in contact with Jagex support for several months. All of my tickets are closed and marked “resolved” without any response within a few hours of being submitted. I’ve tried their stupid AI chatbot, and all it does is repeat the same questions and, despite claiming that it can, it utterly refuses any attempt to have it get me in touch with an actual person. What do I have to do just to get five minutes of discussion with an actual member of support staff? I know people have been complaining about this for years but the support system for this game is shamefully atrocious.
